This site is currently being redeveloped but, in the meantime, here is a summary of the company’s activities.
The Confident Group Ltd is involved in two areas.
- We offer business coaching and training.
- We also teach English and provide associated services.
Our training services cover such areas as:
- Retail customer service
- How to present to potential investors
- Starting a business
- Presentation skills
- Communication skills
Bespoke training is also available.
We also provide one to one business coaching. Our modus operandi is that we first ensure that the business is running as optimally and efficiently as it is financially advantageous for it to do so. We then help to expand the business through referral and lead generating systems.
In addition, we also provide presenting services for those occasions when a presentation needs to be made but an outside person is needed to do it.
On the English teaching side, we offer a number of courses:
- Business English
- Exam preparation
- Conversation practice
We also provide other English language services such as:
- Proofreading
- Translating
- Article writing
